One of the core functions of the CTL is offering one-on-one consultations for faculty and staff who are hoping to improve some aspect of their pedagogical practice.
These consultations are structured as informal conversations with a member of the CTL team, where faculty and staff may identify their goals, assess their current practices, and discuss future pathways and areas for improvement.
