Emily McNair

Director

Emily McNair is a long-standing instructor, academic leader, and committed member of the University community. She is a two-time alumna of the University of Regina, holding both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Administration. Her career at the institution began in University Advancement and Communications and the President’s Office from 2014 to 2016, and since 2018, she has taught undergraduate and graduate business courses at the University of Regina, with a strong focus on student engagement, inclusive pedagogy, practical application, and applied learning. Her commitment to teaching excellence has been recognized through the Hill Levene School of Business Excellence in Experiential Learning Teaching Award in 2024 and the University of Regina Award of Excellence in Experiential Learning in 2025.

Emily most recently served as Associate Dean, Undergraduate Programs in the Hill Levene School of Business, where she worked closely with students, faculty, instructors, staff, and university leaders to advance academic programming, curriculum development, course renewal, experiential learning, academic integrity, and student engagement. Her work has included leading and contributing to new programs and courses, instructor support, and initiatives connecting students more directly with industry and community. This combination of teaching excellence, academic leadership, institutional knowledge, collaborative relationship-building, and practical experience supporting instructors and students positions her well to contribute to the Centre for Teaching and Learning and its continued work in support of teaching and learning across the University.
