Maintaining a positive learning environment is crucial to effective teaching and learning. Some student behaviour may be disruptive to teaching and learning. Disruptive student conduct interferes with the instructor’s ability to teach effectively and hinders other students’ ability to learn. Instructors are encouraged to develop and use appropriate strategies for effective classroom management.
Academic staff who would like to request an institutional evaluation of an academic technology tool or software, including generative AI tools, should complete the Academic Software Assessment Form and submit it to the Centre for Teaching and Learning.
